LAKE HOLCOMB
Lake Holcomb is the latest addition to the breathtaking natural beauty of this award-winning and amenity-rich community. This 100-acre lake boasts miles of nature trails, strategically-placed benches, a fishing dock, picnic areas and more.
Take the family for an afternoon kayaking on the lake or exploring the hiking trails. Get easy access with ample lake parking and the newly completed Imperial Promenade Drive.
THE RETREAT (NOW OPEN!)
This brand new recreation center is a 3,200 square foot oasis featuring a pool with beach entry, splash pad, an outdoor patio with shade arbors, covered pavilions and a fire pit as well as several grilling areas. Across the street work is underway on a new park, including nature trails, seating areas and a soccer/ball field.
NATURAL LAKES
Sprinkled throughout new home sections are amenity lakes. In Amber Forest, you can find a secluded fishing area bordered with lush vegetation and wooded nature preserves.
THE LAKE CLUB
Our flagship amenity is the gorgeous award-winning lakeside clubhouse. The 4200 sq. ft. facility is ideal for year-round family fun at private and community events.

FITNESS CENTER
Inside our Lake Club, you’ll find a fully equipped fitness center. You’ll have access to top-of-the-line treadmills, bikes, weights and weight machines.
Additionally, the fitness center features overhead televisions as well as an exercise/stretching room, and showers for men and women.
HOLCOMB FAMILY YMCA
The YMCA of Greater Houston plans to build a state-of-the-art, two-story building near Imperial Promenade Drive and the Grand Parkway, east of Interstate 45.
The Holcomb Family YMCA, named for the James “Jim” Holcomb family, will be built on 10 acres overlooking a 100-acre lake. Construction is anticipated to begin on or before July 31, 2021, with an opening date by November 30, 2022.
The two-story, 41,000 square-foot facility will have strength training and cardio equipment, group exercise rooms, a basketball gym, an outdoor heated swimming pool, child-watch rooms, an outdoor jogging trail and a cycle studio. It will offer health and wellness activities, aquatics, youth after-school care, summer day camp, summer sports clinics, teen programs and senior activities.
WOODSON’S GULLY NATURE PRESERVE
Stay active in 44 acres of Woodson’s Gully, soon to be home to a nature trail system that weaves in out of the forest, crossing creeks and providing a close up view of native plants and wildlife.
RESORT-STYLE SWIMMING POOLS
Falls at Imperial Oaks pool area offers fun for residents of all ages. Dive in to our refreshing Junior Olympic pool with swimming lanes.
Watch your children play among a wonderland of fountains and spouts in the children’s water playground with splashpad.
